So this year's spring break was way lame compared to last year's when we went to Southern Cali. It rained practically every day and was cold and cloudy for the most part. So we visited some fun places around the area that were in-doors. It started out with Easter Sunday - Dinner at Mom & Dad's and the Easter Egg Hunt. I am not a good egg finder, it's definately not my expertise. So I had only 3 items in my bag at the end of the hunt when others had 15+ eggs. I had been thinking about the canoe out in the grove, I even asked about it during dinner before the hunt. So I saw the canoe out there, it was hanging upside down, and went to look underneath it to see how many seats were in it. Just as I did that, I saw a pink egg sitting under the seat, it was hard to miss. But just as I saw it, my brother saw it too and we both went for it at the same time, but I was closer thank goodness! It ended up being the $50 egg. I guess it's good to be lucky every now and then! haha..I think it's cool you got it because you never have before. I got it a few years back, but I was pretty lucky too. I'm just opposite you. I had like 20 eggs and none of them had cash. Oh well, I got some pretty sweet prizes.
I love the pics. Brock needs to smile though. LOL. He's at that age where it's not fun to smile in pics.
I was glad you won. You have never won before. I like it when it is not the same person winning so more people knows what it feels like. Jon has won before also.
