So this year's spring break was way lame compared to last year's when we went to Southern Cali. It rained practically every day and was cold and cloudy for the most part. So we visited some fun places around the area that were in-doors. It started out with Easter Sunday - Dinner at Mom & Dad's and the Easter Egg Hunt. I am not a good egg finder, it's definately not my expertise. So I had only 3 items in my bag at the end of the hunt when others had 15+ eggs. I had been thinking about the canoe out in the grove, I even asked about it during dinner before the hunt. So I saw the canoe out there, it was hanging upside down, and went to look underneath it to see how many seats were in it. Just as I did that, I saw a pink egg sitting under the seat, it was hard to miss. But just as I saw it, my brother saw it too and we both went for it at the same time, but I was closer thank goodness! It ended up being the $50 egg. I guess it's good to be lucky every now and then!
